Yields: 4 servings
- 4 fillet steaks, cubed 1"
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp hot pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet peppers/bell peppers, cubed 1"
- 2 tbsp chopped chive
- 1/4 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp wine
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon margarine in wok and saute steak for 8-10 minutes;remove from pan
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon margarine to pan;stir in hot pepper,worcestershire sauce,bell peppers,chive,lime juice,and wine.
- Turn up heat,stir and cook for 1 minute;adjust salt and peeper to taste.
- Return steak to pan and stir quickly over high heat until well blended.Can be served with rice or noodles.
