Pepper steak

Yields: 4 servings
  • 4 fillet steaks, cubed 1"
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp hot pepper, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet peppers/bell peppers, cubed 1"
  • 2 tbsp chopped chive
  • 1/4 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp wine
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon margarine in wok and saute steak for 8-10 minutes;remove from pan
  3. Add remaining 1 tablespoon margarine to pan;stir in hot pepper,worcestershire sauce,bell peppers,chive,lime juice,and wine.
  4. Turn up heat,stir and cook for 1 minute;adjust salt and peeper to taste.
  5. Return steak to pan and stir quickly over high heat until well blended.Can be served with rice or noodles.
