Potato Puffs - Infused with Cheddar Cheese

I microwaved the potatoes for seven minutes. Let them cool and then pulled the peels off
I put the peels in the trash, and put the potatoes in the food processor. I was supposed to pulse them and get tiny pieces, but it turned them into a ball of dough.
At that point, I squished the cheese into the ball. Then, squished the onion into it. Then, I made four snakes, and sliced them into thin chunks.
I debated about adding the corn flour, but decided to roll each ball in it instead.
Deep fry two minutes, and drain on towel.
Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, Microwaved and peeled
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup dry onions
- 1 cup yellow corn flour
