1 tbsp of ‘red butter/golden ray”
1 tbsp of butter
¼ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp of oregano
- Bring to boil 4-5 cups of water in a pot
- Rinse vegetables thoroughly and cut as instructed earlier
- When water has come to boil place vegetables into the pot, add ½ -1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of oil and leave to steam for 10-15 minutes (please note vegetables must at no time become soft, it ought to be half crunchy)
- After vegetables has been steamed pour into a drainer and leave to drain for a few minutes.
Place a pot, on the fire then add a tbsp spoon of golden ray “red butter” and 1 tbsp of butter, leave to melt when the butter is melted. Add the vegetables and stir fry for five (5) minutes. Sprinkle 1 tsp of black pepper, ½ tsp of all purpose seasoning and 1 tbsp of oregano and stir.
After the vegetables are well stirred and season add 4-5 slices of cheddar cheese, let it melt and keep stirring until all of the vegetables are covered in the cheese.
Place chunky tuna into a plate; add 2 tsp of “white vinegar” and ½ tsp of lime juice (this is to take away the fresh fish scent) Slice 3 tomatoes, remove the seeds under running water and place onto the tuna. Then throw into a bowl with the vegetables and mix thoroughly and add some craisins “cranberry”.
