Quesadilla Just About Wraps Things Up
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 pound ground burger, venison
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 15 ounce can refried beans
For the tortilla wrap:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tortilla wrap
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
I put the venison burger, onions, butter, pepper and garlic in the frying pan, and heated them on medium heat until the burger was browned.
As I fried it, I broke the burger into small pieces. Then, seasoned the burger with taco seasoning mix and water. Added a capful of seasoned salt. Then, I stirred in a can of refried beans into the burger.
Spread your filling on the tortilla wrap. Add shredded cheese. Put second tortilla wrap on top. Butter top of tortilla wrap.
Place in frying pan. The butter will brown and then, you will need to flip the assembly over and brown the second buttered side.
Once browned, remove from pan, let stand for a minute, then cut into wedges with a round knife, or pizza cutter.
