Instructions

  1. Scamble 2 eggs in a bowl, add seasonings you like.
  2. Add cut mushrooms and green onions.
  3. In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fry on medium heat until eggs are cooked, serve plain or add tomatoes.
