Quick Corn Bread Recipe
Four Ingredient Cornbread
Corn bread is enjoyed by many people, but a lot of people shy away from trying to make cornbread on their own thinking it's to complicated. This recipe is so extremely easy that anybody can do it ! It only takes four ingredients:
* 1/2 cup of corn oil
* 1 egg
* 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
* 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees, and than you want to grease a 12 inch round cast iron skillet. If you do not have one, you can also use a 9x13 inch baking pan. You want to add the eggs and oil to a medium sized bowl, and whisk until well blended. Mix in your buttermilk and self-rising cornmeal. Pour into your greased skillet or baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until nice and golden brown. Serves 8
