Quick and Easy Paneer with Tomato puri

Yields: 3 PERSON
  • 150 gm. paneer
  • 3-4cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 green chilly
  • 4 tamotoes
  • 1 table spoon curd
  • 5-6 almonds
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 15-20 peanuts
  • 1 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp. kasuri methi(dried fenugreak leaves)
  • 1/4 tsp. garam masla
  • 1/2 tsp. corriander powder
  • according to taste red chilly powder
  • turmeric powder

Quick and Easy Paneer Recipe

  1. Paste no.1- Cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seed, peanuts, cumin seed and kasuri methi ko pani me 30 min k liye bhigo kar rakhe. Fir extra pani nikal kar baki bache material ko grind kar le.
  2. Paste no.2- Ginger,Garlic and Green chilly ko grind kar ke paste bana le.
  3. Paste no.3- Tomatoes and Curd ko mixer me mix kar le.
  4. Ab 1 Pan lijiye usme 2 tsp cooking Oil dale and garam kare. Jab Oil garam ho jaye to usme paste number-2 daale aur cook kare jab tak uska color light pink nhi hota.
  5. Ab usme paste number 3 dale and cook kar jab tak puri bartan k side chodane lage.
  6. Now add paste no.1 and cook kare 5 min. Fir usme coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt Dale. Fir requirement k hisab se pani dale. Aur fir cook kare.
  7. Jab gravy banne lage to Paneer k pieces dale.
