Homemade Immunity Booster Juice Recipe to Raise Your Immunity
Our body immunity is our best defence for preventing disease. Given the current disease situation, we are facing, it becomes necessary to keep our immunity levels high at all times. This is one of way to counter the current viral problem.
Here is a quick to make, healthy, delicious, antioxidant-rich juice to boost your immunity and keep you protected from viruses and bacteria.

Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 large carrot
- 1 medium-sized beetroot
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 inch ginger
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly then peel the carrot, beetroot, ginger and apple. Remove the seed-bearing core of the apple as well.
- Chop the peeled ingredients and put in a blender jar. Squeeze the lemons into it as well.
- Blend until all the ingredients are finely ground. You may add a little water if needed. I have not used it as I have a high-speed inverted jar blender which grinds ingredients very fine.
- Strain out the blended mixture through a muslin cloth and serve immediately.
