Rajma with Special gravy
- Add Salt and Rajma in water and Boil it. Roast cloves, cardamon, tej patta, daal chini, corinder seeds, poppy seeds, peanuts and dry coconut for 3-4 minutes and then grind after cooling.
- Fry onion in a fry pan. When there is change in color of onion to golden, add ginger garlic paste. Then cook for 4-5 minutes again. Grind this mixture after cooling.
- Grind tomatoes. Take 1 tea spoon oil in pressure cooker, add onion ginger garlic paste and then add Rajma and cook for 5 minutes. Then add paste of roasted cloves, cardamon, tej patta, daal chini, corinder seeds, poppy seeds, peanuts and dry coconut .
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt as per taste; cook for 10-20 mins and keep adding 2-3 spoons of water in every 4-5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes puree and after 5 minutes add water as per gravy required. Cook it till it takes one whistle(till Rajma is properly cooked). (note - you can add fried potatoes if you want)
