Indian Raw Mango Chutney Recipe
How to prepare Raw Mango Chutney
Mangoes are widely used in Indian cuisine. Once of my favorite recipes using mango is the raw mango chutney also known as green mango chutney. It is from a friend I learned what she calls Pachi Mamidikaya Pachadi in her regional language. This chatni uses unripe mangoes and tastes sour and spicy. This is an excellent side dish for rice.
