Raw Vegan Easy Zucchini Hummus
Delicious Raw Vegan Dip
You will be surprised at the amount of choice you have when you are living a raw vegan lifestyle. You can actually make your own chips, dips and sauces. This delicious zucchini dip is the perfect accompniament to homemade chips, raw vegetables such as carrots and cucumber, and it is also great as a salad dressing. It is simple, quick and easy to make, try it today with a freshly cut carrot or celery stick.
What you need:
2 cups zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 clove garlic
4 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablesooons olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley (garnish)
1 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
To make this simple dip all you have to do is, put the zucchini, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil into a food processor. Make sure you use the S blade for this, process all the ingredients until everything is smooth.
Put your freshly made humnus in a serving bowl and garnish with paprika and parsley.
Serve this with freshly cut raw vegetables, homemade chips or homemade breadsticks! Enjoy!
