Mackerel baked with yoghurt and cream
This is a really simple and tasty way to cook mackerel. When it comes to lunches and dinners mackerel is often over looked but this dish is very tasty and quite elegant. This mackerel recipe is very easy to follow and doesn't take long at all to make.
This dish can be served with fresh vegetables or a salad or you can serve it with chunky chips (fries if you are from the USA) and have yourselves a posh fish and chips. I believe that the reason that this recipe is so tasty is because it is so simple and requires very few ingredients thus you can fully appreciate the flavor of the mackerel.
