CHEN'S EXPRESS : Chen’s Express – Restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina – A Review

Chen’s Express restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina is a nice restaurant to order food from. The prices at Chen's Express restaurant are reasonable and the quality of the food is excellent for most of the dishes that we tried.

From Chen’s Express, our family has tried the

• Calamari, priced at $6.99
• Chicken wings, priced at $4.99
• Sushi – California roll, priced at $5.99
• Fried banana, priced at $3.99

• The calamari is very reasonably priced and very delicious too. The portion size is a bit smaller than other restaurants where I like to purchase calamari from, such as Nostra Pizza in Greensboro, North Carolina and Elizabeth’s Pizza in Greensboro, North Carolina but at $6.99, the calamari at Chen’s Express is also a cheaper price than the $8.99 or $9.50 that I would pay for fried calamari at Nostra Pizza or Elizabeth’s Pizza. I really enjoy eating calamari and I am often on the lookout for the Greensboro, North Carolina local area restaurants that will serve the most delicious and fresh tasting calamari at the best price. At Chen’s Express, The fried batter covering the calamari was more or less the same as the fried batter for the fried bananas. That can also be seen in the photos enclosed in this hub.

• The chicken wings from Chen’s Express are superb tasting and food award winning. The chicken wings from Chen’s Express restaurant are a good deal at $4.99 per order. We ordered two types of chicken wings from Chen’s Express- one order was an original flavor and the other was coconut chicken wings. We anticipated that we would like the coconut chicken wings the most but the original flavor wings were actually turned out to be better, well marinated and less dry.

• The California roll from Chen's Express restaurant was excellent and it is not always possible to find California roll at some of the various Asian cuisine restaurants in the local area so knowing that we can get great tasting California roll at Chen’s Express causes us to make a note that it will be a good place to get California roll again in the future.

• We enjoyed everything so much and were only disappointed with the fried banana. We have had better. We prefer when sweeter, riper bananas are used for the fried banana dish. The fried bananas that we were served from Chen’s Express were not ripe enough and subsequently not sweet enough, in my opinion.

This restaurant review of Chen’s Express, a restaurant that offers Chinese food and Japanese food such as sushi, has been based on just one order that we have placed with Chen’s Express restaurant so far. The food from Chen’s Express restaurant is generally very enjoyable and we can see ourselves ordering food from Chen’s Express restaurant again in the future.
