Rose Sherbat Preparation
Rose Sherbat is a very refreshing drink and can be made very easily.
Ingredients for Rose Syrup
- 1 litre water
- 2 kgs sugar
- 100 ml rose water
- 1 tsp red colour
Method of Preperation
Heat water in a thick bottomed pan and add sugar stirring continuously. Allow to boil and Reduce the liquid to half. Once done allow to cool and stain the liquid. Add rose water and color to the liquid and mix well. Store in Rose Syrup airtight container in the fridge. As and when required add 2/3 chilled water and 1/2 a lemon juice to 1/3 rd syrup and serve. Instead of water you can add soda also.
