Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons split chickpeas
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons dried shredded coconut
- 5 tablespoons rice
- 5 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 10 tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 black cardamom
- 5 green cardamom
- 2 tablespoons cloves
- 4 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 4 tablespoons black cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon mace
- 4-5 star anise
- 1-2 stone flower
METHOD:
- Take a pan, heat on slow-medium flame, dry roast the coriander seeds, split chickpeas.
- Add rice, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, roast for 1 min.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds black cumin seeds, and roast for 1 min.
- Add green cardamom, black cardamom, and roast for a min.
- Add javitri, star anise, bay leaf, stone flour, dried red chili, dried shredded coconut, roast it for a min.
- Cool it and grind to a powder.
