"Savory Beef Stew"

Savory Beef Stew"


2-3 pds. beef roast

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. cacun season

1/2 salt

1 tsp. blk.pepper

1 cup flour

1 crushed garlic (crushed)

1 tsp.onion powder

1/2 tsp.cacun season

1 cup quartered onion

1 cup quarterd bell peppers

2 lge. white potatoes ( quartered).

3 cups water

1 pkg.onion soup

Directions to prepare:

Wash beef roast and season with salt, blk.pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,cacun seasons on bothe side of roast. then,  drag roast in flour on both sides, makes sure it floured evenly.

Put on put with canols and ley ge hot, and put roast in hot oil and cook on both side of roast until browned on sides.  add water, onions , bell pepper  crushed garlic,and onion soup packet. cover with lid and let cook.

Cook roast until you can tear meat off with a fork, then add your vegetables and potatoes, if you need a little more water, added to roast. cover with lid and cook until vegetable are done. try not to cook vegetable to done because they 'll become to mushy. when stew is done turn off fire. This a one pot meal all you need is dinner rolls to finishe the meal. wow, what a great meal to feas ton.
