Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe
Peach Cobbler
Another Simple Dessert
This easy to make recipe of peach cobbler is so easy that it will take me longer to hub it than it takes to make!
I guess it shouldn't have been so hard for me to figure out why I gain so much weight during the Christmas season. Once all the shopping is done and gifts are wrapped, all I have left to do is bake and enjoy. Ok, so I don't really have to bake, but I enjoy it. I enjoy it because I love sweets and I use the easiest, quickest recipes I can find. I want my dessert and I want it NOW!
Here it is and I hope you enjoy!
What you will need:
- 2 medium cans of peaches, drained
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbs. butter or margarine
Spray a 10 x 6 pan with non-stick cooking spray. (You can grease the pan with butter if you prefer). Place the peaches in the pan evenly. Take a tbs of your sugar and a pinch of your cinnamon and sprinkle over your peaches. Place your pan to the side.
Mix your bisquick and remaining sugar and cinnamon. Add your eggs and mix until crumbly.
Pour your crumbles over the top of your peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes and viola! Simple and yummy peach cobbler.
Because I am only one person and usually only bake for myself, I cut this recipe in half put the bake time at about 20 minutes (give or take, it should be bubbling) and it makes 2 perfect desserts!
