Yummy Super Bowl Nachos

5 stars from 1 rating of Super Bowl Nachos

Quick and Easy Super Bowl Nachos

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Remove from heat and drain excess fat. On a large platter (ovenproof) spread out your favorite nacho style chips. Spoon the meat evenly over the chips. Next spoon the re-fried beans evenly over the chips. Sprinkle the cheeses on top of the chips, meat and beans. Place in 350 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and spread the guacamole, sour cream, olives, jalapenos and tomatoes over top. Serve promptly and enjoy with the game and a beer!

As with all my recipes, use them as guidelines, Add or delete ingredients to your tastes, for example here you can add cilantro and onions, maybe remove the jalapenos if you don't like spicy.
