Super Easy Sweet Cream Biscuits With Three Ingredients

Super easy biscuit recipe with just three ingredients that most of you will have around the house. The recipe below will make a sweeter biscuit that is great with fruit compote and honey.

For a more savory biscuit, cut the sugar to 1 tbs. Then add one of these combinations.

-2 tbs of bacon bits and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

-1/2 cup of cut brie and 1/4 cup green onions

-Italian seasoning or Herb De Provence (2 tsp.)

-2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 cup parmesan or asiago

1/2 cup frozen berries and 1/4 cup cut brie

Okay so the last combination is not savory, but you get the point, super easy and versatile. So here is the three ingredients you will need.

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 15 min
Ready in: 20 min
Yields: 12 large biscuits


  • 2 cups Self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbs. sugar


  1. Mix
  2. Flour surface and roll out to cut, spoon out for drop biscuits or roll into balls in a bowl with a little flour.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on size.
