Tator Tot Hotdish for One Person
It was one of those days. I wasn't sure what to cook for lunch. My hubby was undecided. I decided to take the bull by the horns and make some broiled hamburgers.
My hubby came to life and thought it would be nice to have tator tot hotdish. He also mentioned that usually I make too much, and located a tiny casserole dish to put it in. He was not serious, of course, but.... since he mentioned it at all, I went out of my way to make a tiny casserole dish full of the stuff.

Ingredients
- 40 tator tots
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can Mexican corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
