Thai Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Sirloin Steaks, Broiled or Grilled
- 1 Bunch Green Leaf Lettuce, Chopped
- 2 Tomato, Chopped
- 1 Red, Green or White Onion, Chopped
- 1 Bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Lime, Squeezed

You can prepare this in any order you like. I chop up all my vegetables and throw them in a steel bowl and put them in the refrigerator while I grill my steak. After preparing the steak you will want to cut it into 1 inch strips.This Thai Salad can be served with rice or you can serve it alone. If you do serve it with rice I would suggest using Jasmine rice for full flavor.
A whole onion might be too much for some people. You might try half an onion if you are going to serve it alone. You can also mix it up a bit and throw in mint, I found this to receive very good results as well.
I throw this all this together and toss it to get it mixed. If you want to add some kick I would suggest adding some red chili paste or red chili oil.
