My passion is helping people in any way I can. If you don't know where to get help try me. I just might have an answer for you.

Ingredients: carbonated water, natural flavors

That's it! You can read and understand every ingredient on the label. This drink comes in different flavors and can be enjoyed with dinner or any time you quench for a thirst.

Before I tell you what this wonder is, let me give a little background on why this drink is a mother of your sanctuary.

1.5 million new cases of Diabetes were diagnosed in people 18 and over with 1 in 4 adults living with diabetes. There are a whopping 7.2 million Americans who didn't know they had the condition.

Now a days we have become more health cautious and trying to become more aware of what we put into our bodies. Artificial Sweeteners have been linked to weight gain and contributing to diabetes and other metabolic sickness.

So what is this healthy drink you ask? It's La Croix.

0 CALORIES, 0 SWEETNERS, 0 SODIUM

La Croix is an all occasion drink according it's web site. It gives you numerous recipes to make with it's sparkling water such as: DAZZLE WITH CRAN-RAZZLE MOCTAIL, MELON GRAPEFRUIT PUNCH, ROSEMARY SPRITZ, RED PUCKER, and many others along with which type of glass you should serve your drinks in and which season fits best for each drink also for which occasion.

Sports, Wedding, Award Season anyone? Talk about consumer satisfaction!

Taste Too Good To Be True

Other drinks will make the claim of having a great taste and claim to be good for you.

I have seen no such claims with this drink. In fact I was offered a drink of La Croix one day while working and was afraid to accept for fear of not knowing whether it was an alcoholic beverage or something else packed full of junk and crammed with Sugars.

But La Croix amazingly missed nothing on the taste factor. And being free of bad stuff made me hunt down where to buy the stuff by the case.
