God's recipe for good health

A church lady once told me that in her prayer time she had prayed for a cure for a serious ailment that her daughter had and this is the recipe that was given. This recipe is for all those that suffer from respiratory ailments, arthritic diseases and any ailments that have afflicted the body.

This healthy drink is a simple one and it consists of organic carrots, organic apples, and one organic clove garlic. It has many healthful benefits to the body and with each ingredient used, the explanation of what it does to the body will be given. Sit back, relax, and enjoy one of nature's most healthy drinks.

3 Organic Carrots is the first ingredient

Organic Carrots Good for the Eyes and More

Organic carrots have long been famous for night vision because they contain Beta Carotene which is good for the eyes. They also contain Vitamin C, K, E and B (nutrients such as Thiamin,Vitamin B6, Foliate, Niacin, Riboflavin usually found in cereals)

Organic carrots are low in saturated fats, and cholesterol. They also contain antioxidants that fight inflammation.

Potash succinate, found in carrots, is said to have anti-hypertensive properties, which lowers high blood pressure and lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Two luscious Organic Apples

An Apple a Day Will Keep the Doctor Away

Adding organic apples to this valuable mixture sweetens the pot even more, for they add energy and vitality. Organic apples contain pectin which helps to prevent cholesterol buildup, this reduces the risk of atherosclerosis heart disease.

There are only 80 calories in a medium sized organic apple, which make them fat free, cholesterol and sodium free.

1 Organic Clove Garlic

Blend all ingredients together

Take your 3 organic carrots, 2 organic apples and 1 organic clove garlic and blend together in a juicer. Use only healthy organic carrots, discarding any that have bruises. Remove the seeds from the organic apples and add to juicer. Peel your organic clove garlic and add to the other ingredients.

To make a days supply double all ingredients.

This recipe has been known to cure asthma, stomach problems, and many more ailments and diseases.
