The good thing about spinach is that it is available year round and the price is very economical and easy to use and paired with so many things soups, salads as a stuffing or all by itself ...But today I want to share with you the art of making my spinach salad along with homemade dressing.

2. Combine all dressing ingredients; make sure you blend well.

This sounds tasty. When I first tried spinach salad with fruit, it was like a great experience. I was always skeptical of fruit mixing with vegetables and meat but that proved me wrong.
