Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe

Yields: serves 6 to 8

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lg cans of peaches, heavy/light syrup
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 16 unbaked biscuits(any brand)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  1. In large bowl; combine peaches,white sugar,butter & cinnamon
  2. Pour peach mixture into 13 x 9 pan
  3. Layer unbaked biscuits evenly over peach filling
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar & pecans onto layer of biscuits
  5. Bake @ 300° until peachy filling is bubbly & biscuits are golden brown; about 30 mins
  6. Let cobbler cool for 10 to 15 mins.Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.Garnish with extra chopped pecans
  7. Enjoy and Happy eating :-)
