Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lg cans of peaches, heavy/light syrup
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 16 unbaked biscuits(any brand)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- In large bowl; combine peaches,white sugar,butter & cinnamon
- Pour peach mixture into 13 x 9 pan
- Layer unbaked biscuits evenly over peach filling
- Sprinkle brown sugar & pecans onto layer of biscuits
- Bake @ 300° until peachy filling is bubbly & biscuits are golden brown; about 30 mins
- Let cobbler cool for 10 to 15 mins.Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream on top.Garnish with extra chopped pecans
