In the modern world, people run after fast foods. The fragrance, flavors, decoration, etc catch the youngsters' attention fast. Pizzas, Berger, Shawarma, Chinese & Arabian foods...the new generation are madly in love with these foods. Though tasty, these do affect our health badly as they contain a lot of ingredients which are very harmful to our body. The Chinese Salt better known as Ajinomoto is the worst thing one needs to avoid. But sadly this is what contains in most of these foods and that too beyond the permissible level. To make things worse (or waste!), the youth consume a lot of soft drinks too at the eatery. Thus, by the age of 30 to 40, their bodies are prone to a lot of diseases. Sugar, Blood Pressure and Cholesterol, etc do take the precious life of many people, who are so young. It does trouble the current generation mercilessly thanks to the bad food habits.
My advice is to try to avoid or limit consumption of this killing food and drinks. Try vegetarian foods. Now a days a lot of tasty items are being prepared under 'Veggie' category too. I stress this point because most of the non-veggies complain that veg foods are not tasty and choices are limited. It is a wrong concept. Nowadays, the choice is so wide and inviting when you go for vegetarian dishes. So give it a try. You will love it. By shifting to vegetarian food, you can save your health and life as well.
