How To Microwave Bake a Delicious Chocolate Marble Cake in Just 15 Minutes!

Updated on April 8, 2018

Ingredients: Quantity:

  • Maida (Also called cake flour) 2 Cups (small cups)
  • Eggs 6
  • Sugar 1 and a half Cup (Small Cup)
  • Melted butter/oil 1+1/4 Cup
  • Milk Half cup
  • Cocoa powder 4 tablespoons or more (if you like the cake to be more chocolaty)
  • Vanilla Essence Half teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon

Recipe:

First of all, grind sugar into a fine powder form. In a bowl, add oil and mix the grounded sugar in it. Now, add eggs in it and beat it well with the help of an electronic beater or a hand beater or a simple fork. Then add vanilla essence. and mix it well. Now, add all the dry ingredients in this batter except of the cocoa powder and mix it really well. Now take a clean bowl and add half of the batter into this clean bowl. Now add cocoa powder and milk (if the batter is not smooth enough) In the separated batter. Now, take a microwave -proof bowl. Place butter paper or a clean news paper in it. Brush it with oil.

Now you have two cake batters; one is with cocoa powder and the other one is without it. Now in the Microwave-proof bowl (in which you have placed newspaper and oil), add a little amount of simple batter and then add the chocolaty batter, then, again the simple batter and then the chocolaty one and then, again the simple one. Now, take a tooth pick and dig it deep into the cake batter and randomly make a marble cake design . Now put this bowl into your microwave and start your microwave. First, start it for 3 minutes. Then open its door and dig a tooth pick into the cake. If the tooth pick comes out clean then, that means that your cake has baked, but if it didn't, then, keep the cake in the microwave for a few more minutes until your cake is ready!

Enjoy this yummy cake with tea or coffee and tell me about it in the comments section below!
