Marj is a really big Foodie. He goes to visit different places and likes to try new taste all the time. He likes to eat spicy things a lot.

The Purpose of Dessert ...

Many people like to eat sweet things but very few know the fact about why it is so. Actually, the rule of eating dessert was suggested by Aristotle and not cooking sweet or baked or any creamy stuff. He said that dessert should be comprised only of fruits. It serves the purpose to help our stomach digest food. Fruits have certain enzymes that help us to digest the protein, fats, or any other substance in our food. It also provides Glucose to our body.

Scientifically, Glucose is essential for our body but only up to a limit. Glucose provides energy to our body and brain. Excess of Glucose can cause certain diseases like obesity etc.

Also, not having any fruit after your meal isn't right. If your body isn't making any enzyme up to the required limit of the body, then you may get a congenital disease. It is due to the accumulation of certain substances in our body tissues. Sweets also serve as a way to cheer our mood. Sweet dishes also have the advantage that the majority of those dishes are straightforward to make but then again, everything requires experience and practice. Sweets can also make you feel active because, with them, you are providing your brain with energy. That is why, you are given Chocolate when you feel dizzy or may have fainted.

  • First of all, take your cooking pot and add 4 cups of milk to it. Then mix 1 cup of sugar in the pot. After that, add the Cardamon that you have already crushed and cook the mixture on a medium fire to extract the proper taste.
  • Then, take the powdered milk and boil it in water and clean it with the help of a large pored filter paper. After that, add gram flour and baking soda to the powdered milk and cook this mixture too, on medium heat.
  • After cooking these mixtures, mix them into each other and let them sit for 2 minutes. Then, mix this whole mixture into each other with your hands thoroughly.
  • After that, add an egg to it and then again mix it very thoroughly with your hands. Make sure that the mixture doesn't get an uneven ratio in some places or this will make it sweet or tasteless in some areas.
  • After that, make small oval balls of this mixture with your hands and make it firm. I don't recommend using any machine because you will not get the right feel about its structure.
  • After that, put the balls into hot milk while it is on the stove. Let them cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • When the milk starts to boil them, cook them on the low fire level, then take them out and cool them.
  • Decorate them with almonds and coconut and pistachio.

  • When the solution becomes thick and gooey, add ghee to it and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at low heat.
  • After that, the dish will not stick to the pan and you will have no problem scrapping it from the surface. It will come right off.
