Midnight Tofu Salad With Tropical Lemon Dressing

White onions

1 tablespoon Butter

Cumin powder

Pepper powder

Salt (as per taste)

2 Garlic Cloves

For dressing:

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 Garlic clove (crushed)

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon Hung curd

1 teaspoon crushed Oregano

How to make Tofu salad:

Step 1: To make this lip-smacking tofu salad, take a shredder and carefully crumble tofu. Now take a chopping board and slice white onions, veggies, and shallots and keep aside. The rich color of the veggies is amazing! Then peel the garlic skin off and slice them into fine shaves.

Step 2: Saute garlic shaves, tofu, and all the ingredients together followed by adding finely powdered cumin, and black pepper. Let the ingredients know each other!

Step 3: Dressing

Whisk the hung curd gently followed by adding lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic, and oregano. Incorporate all the ingredients and set aside for few seconds. Finally, drizzle the dressing over tofu salad and enjoy!
