HOW TO COOK VANILLA SAUCE AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE?

Ingredients
1. Milk - ½ litre
2. Egg - 5 nos
3. Sugar - 150 g
4. Fresh cream - 200 ml
5. Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Preparation and Cooking
1. Boil ½ litre of milk in a vessel.
2. Beat the eggs well with sugar and add the boiled milk into it. Mix well.
3. Boil this mixture in a medium flame and when it starts sticky on the sides of the vessel, put off the flame.
4. Then add 200 ml of fresh cream and 2 drops of vanilla essence.
5. Let it be cool and keep it in an air tight container in fridge.

Ingredients
1. Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
2. Butter - 1 tbsp
3. Milk - 1 cup
4. Sugar - 2 tbsp
Preparation and Cooking
1. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a vessel and add 2 tbsp of sugar into it. Mix well.
2. Add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder into 1 cup of milk and mix well.
3. Add this milk into the sugar-butter mixture and boil the entire contents well in a medium flame until it become thickens.
4. Then put off the flame and let it be cool. Chocolate sauce is READY!
5. Keep the sauce in an air tight container in fridge.
