Vertical Off Grid Hydroponic Farm prevented by Florida Department of Agriculture

Existing certified aqua farm bought by DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie in July 2009 and protected by both Florida Right to Farm Act and Aquaculture Policy Act until time of renewal January 2010. So as to meet this deadline and to qualify for re-certification steps had to be taken to reconstruct the infrastructure of this farm. Hiring an aqua farm caretaker was the first step, required by Florida law, next was the building of concrete storage sheds for secure storage and later to be modified into solar / wind power plants.

August 2009 DeSoto County issues a cease farm development order on a sanctioned greenbelt aqua farm and evicts the aqua farm caretaker required by law under the Florida Aquaculture Policy Act. Before any completion of these concrete storage sheds DeSoto County declares the only reason for construction was for resale?

What DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie believed then and still does is that by installing solar panels on tracks to follow the sun plus a barrel type wind turbine on the top with battery backup a transportable off grid power plant can be created.

Indoor grow light waves will bounce in a curved wall dome whereas in a flat wall waves are omni directional. This bounce affect reduces the light required to cover all the plants. Wind hitting the surface of a dome exits at twice the velocity, making the tub type wind turbine very efficient sitting on top of a dome. Using both of these systems plus a bank of batteries for backup DRD Enterprises intended to operate the aerators and grow lights off alternative energy. And it would have worked.

Using safedome power plants as grow rooms for vertical hydroponic off the grid grow rooms. Once operating these grow rooms would find their way to all corners of the Earth, instead Florida allowed this endeavor to be ruined and now attempts to conceal their unjust acts of conspiracy to conceal the truth and violation of my Bill of Rights.

When two or more officials conspire to conceal, hinder or prevent the truth violates the Conspiracy Act of 1964. Governor Scott, Commissioner Putnam, Director of Aquaculture Knickerbocker, Inspector General Sears, Counsels Hall and Costigan ALL knowing no evidence of guilt exist against DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie have violated the Conspiracy Act of 1964 so as to protect Republican District Desoto County from prosecution.
