Weekly Dinner meal prep under $10!!

Ingredients
For the vegetable stir fry:
- A single green pepper
- 350 grams green beans cut
- 350 grams carrots cut
- A single onion
- A single sweet bell pepper, optional
- 1/2 a tsp of curry powder
- A bit of olive oil, the amount you think is necessary. i usually like my stir fry with lots of oil
- 1/4 of a tsp of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
For the chicken:
- Four fillets of chicken
- 100ml BBQ spare rib marinade
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 a teaspoon BBQ spice
Rice:
- 2 cups white rice
The cauliflower:
- Some olive oil
- 100 grams cauliflower
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
Instructions
- Take the four chicken fillets and cut them into small strips.Add 100ml of marinade and curry power and salt (or anything else you want to add) and put in the fridge for two hours
- Take the beans cut packet and the carrots packet and put them separating in pots with a bit of water and boil them for a about 5-10 minutes. Be careful with the carrots because they can overcook pretty quickly so just keep checking on them
- Take two cups of brown rice and boil it until it’s ready. Add some salt to it for taste
- Cut up the onions and the pepper. Take a pan and add oil into it . Add the pepper, onion, beans and carrots. Add salt and the spices. And fry the vegetables
- Take the chicken out of the fridge and fry it in another pan until it’s ready
- When everything is done. You can let it cool off and then put the food into containers.
