Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- cooking spray, (optional..may use vegetable oil, butter, margarine, coconut oil, etc to grease pan)
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons milk
Mix Dry Ingredients First
Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients
The key to perfectly mixed pancakes is all about how you do it.
First, mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate mixing bowl
Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon,
set aside
Mix Wet Ingredients
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
Next, Mix wet ingredients together. Eggs, milk, vanilla, melted Butter
Combine & Mix
Step 3
Pour Wet Ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
If the batter seems too thick, add a splash of milk to thin it out.

Thin batter, thinner pancakes
Hot Cakes!
Step 4
Heat Skillet or pan on medium heat.
Spray/Coat with cooking spray or oil
Once pan is hot add pancake batter using a 1/4 measuring cup. (This makes perfectly sized pancakes!)
You will know it is time to flip pancakes when bubbles appear all over the pancake and begin to pop!
Pancake should lift easily from pan to flip
