I myself used to eat meat I know how hard it is to give it up, but trust me, it's easier than you think.

This is simply facts and not biased information.

I Used To Eat Meat.

I myself used to eat meat, so I know how it feels to be a little skeptical of vegetarians and vegans telling me that I shouldn't be eating meat. But before I get into that I need to clear a few things up. There is a difference between Vegetarians and Vegans. Vegetarians don't eat meat with the exception of animal products, but Vegans don't eat meat or animal products. Now that I've got that out the way let me go back to what I was saying before. Now, when I'm telling you, you shouldn't be eating meat, I'm not saying that because of the animals. I'm saying that because eating meat might be affecting your health in a very bad way. I'm gonna say this again, this is NOT about the animals this is about YOUR HEALTH.

Why Give Them Your Money?

Money is the root of all evil and so is the meat industry and "farms"(factory's). They don't care about our health at all. You might argue that all there trying to do is feed the people. But trust me, if there were no money involved they'd let the people starve. The waste from the animals is spread over poor rural communities as a way to get rid of it. It causes the people in those communities to become greatly ill. The factory's know this, but do they care? No, they don't care. I refuse to support companies that put other people in misery.

Something To Help Transition into Not Eating Meat

"Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet"

Processed Meat

You may think that red meat is an healthy exception to all other meats. But its not, and it's far from healthy. There is link between red meat consumption and type 2 diabetes. They had done a research study of 4,033,322 person years 13,759 of those person years developed Type 2 diabetes and it was directly linked to processed red meat intakes. Processed meat does have carcinogens (causes cancer) and is just as bad as smoking cigarettes. MD Anderson Cancer Center even tells you the best to prevent cancer is to limit red meat and not eat processed meat at all. They said "Hot-dogs, sausage, lunch meats and other processed meats contain cancer-causing substances, and eating these meats can damage your DNA, raising your colon cancer risks." They also recommend having a plant based diet. But there are other cancer websites that promote the very things that cause cancer

Cancer Promoting Cancer

Now the big reason of why I stopped eating meat, just wasn't for my health but for a much bigger reason. This in my opinion is very sickening and disgusted me. Cancer websites tell you to eat the things that increase your risk of certain types of cancer. Now, I know what your thinking, I've gone too far and have lost my mind. But when you search up the sponsors of these cancer websites you'll see what I'm talking about. Let me give you some examples. Susan G Komen was telling people that eating things that contained dietary fat, dairy products, and meat. Those are the types of things that are proven to increase the chances of breast cancer. This was exposed through an documentary called "What The Health." But it seems that now that they have been exposed they are now trying to cover their tracks. When visiting the Susan G Komen website today you will see that they have now put dietary fats, dairy products, meat, and many more under an category called "Dietary Factors Under Study."

Watch "What The Health"

You don't have to take my word for it. I encourage you to watch a documentary on Netflix called "What The Health." This documentary is truly a eye-opener and will have you convinced. I honestly never thought of becoming vegetarian until I watched this documentary. If you don't really care much about your health or the animals, at least do it for the sake of other people. All the things I said in this article are true and factual information that you can look up for yourself. These companies care nothing about you and would rather see you die just for money. So I encourage you to watch the documentary and think a little. If you don't want to completely cut meat out of your life, at least cut back on it for the sake of your health and for other people. Don't let these companies win and profit off of your illnesses and death.
