It's true what they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away and much more. This amazing piece of fruit is pack with nutrition that benefit the body.

One apple contains 85% water and is loaded with minerals and vitamins such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamin c, k, and b vitamins.

Apples are very good source of fiber. The fiber control cholesterol levels helping with heart disease and weight loss. There have been many studies shown that eating apples reduce the blood cholesterol.

Apple phenolies found in fresh apples can protect nerve cells that protect the brain from damage that cause Alzheimer & Parkinson disease.

Due to apples being high in antioxidants, may help with wrinkles.

There has been found studies that the flavonoid found in apples can prevent the growth of prostate cancer cells. The phytochemical from apple skin inhibit the reproduction of colon cancer cells.

It has been known that eating apples can lower the risk for respiratory disease and decrease the risk of stroke.
