A Fast Easy Taste So Good Pumpkin Pie Recipe

3/4 cups sugar

Pinch of salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 medium eggs

1 15 oz. or 16 oz. can of 100% Pure pumpkin (I like Spartan or Libby's brands)

3/4 cup 2% milk

1 cup of walnuts (optional)

1 unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell



Mix your sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and ginger in a smalll bowl.

Take your 2 eggs and seperate the white from the egg yolk

Use only a teaspoon full of the egg yolk

and use both egg whites

Now BEAT the egg whites and teaspoon of egg yolk in a large bowl for about for about 20 seconds.

STIR in the pumpkin and sugar and spice mixture

Slowly stir in your milk

Add the walnuts

POUR into your pie shell

BAKE in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 - 50 mins or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean

COOL for about 2 hours




I like my Pumpkin Pie a little warm with a scoop of french Vanilla or Butter Pecan ice cream on top.
