Avocado Seed-Secret Ingredient For A Powerful "Key Lime" Pie

Updated on December 22, 2013

A Hunk A Hunk Of Burning Love

Ok, sometimes, when it comes to love, you've got to take the bitter along with the sweet.

And the avocado seed is a little bitter if you don't combine it with the right foods. But it's packed with nutrition! Look at the size of it!

Size DOES matter!

Not only is it loaded with antioxidants, but also it's high in fiber!

So get out your hammer for this recipe.

That's Right, A Hammer

unless you have a 4 HP blender

With most blenders, the avocado seed has to be broken up a bit first. I wrap it in a towel and hit it with a hammer a few times, then add it to whatever smoothie ingredients I have handy.

If I'm aggravated with anybody I pretend it's them. :)

(Just kidding- don't want any negative energy in my smoothie!)

With the right combination of ingredients, it tastes fine!

And what a way to start the day. Your vibration is going to be amped way up with the power of an avocado seed in your system!

NOTE: With a 4HP blender, no hammer is necessary. Just throw in the seed!

Jeff Primack travels the country teaching qigong. I recommend attending his seminar, Qi Revolution, if you can!

Of course the higher the life force, the more powerfulful any energetic work will be.

Good nutrition is a must!

He explains why we should have an avocado every day, plus the seed!
