Try This Cheesy Twist

My husband uses American cheese and Munster with a swirl of yellow mustard in the center. Yum-yum. Give this variation a try, too!

Try using a cast iron pan with this recipe.

While this recipe works using a traditional broiler pan or baking sheet, for the best grilled cheese try using a cast iron pan to broil the sandwich in. The cast iron pan gets the bread perfectly toasted. I love my lodge skillet. I have their skillet and two dutch ovens by Lodge and they are all fantastic. The quality is great and it is really convenient that they come preseasoned. My skillet is similar to this one but without the carry handle loop. A 12 inch skillet is not light, especially when filled, and I could have use one on mine quite a few times, lol!
