classic Spinach Casserole recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain.
  2. Blend soup mix, milk,Swiss cheese, sour cream and seasonings.
  3. Add spinach to soup mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly
