    I think it's just a matter of use, I'm not sure that it really matters, you will have to indicate the scale you're using.  Are you sure this isn't homework and that you should really be working it out for yourself?

    Yes 375 F is equal to 191 celsius I put both temps on the hubs for my international readers as I have folks in 92 countries reading my hubs. Hope this helps sorry it took so long to answer the q.
