    Suppose an outbreak of foodborne illness has occured at the foodservice operation where you work. Why is it important to save and label the suspected contaminated food? How can this help control the outbreak?

    To me it is quite obvious but I may be wrong; the reason to save the suspected contaminated food is to have the specimen available for lab analysis.  In that way it will be easier and faster to take action and stop further damage.
