    Hi nelsonmichaelr,
    If you are asking what is the difference between batter and dough, then I'd say that batters are more liquid in their consistiency than dough.
    Batter would be for instance, a stirable combination of ingredients like cake mixes and pancakes.
    Dough would be for instance breads and cookies, which would require kneeding or forming into balls or loaves.
