According to a friend who was a food microbiologist - no it's not in many kebab shops as the meat is poorly cooked, repeatedly heated and cooled, heated and cooled and often the knife is just left at the side of the meat, just growing bugs. But, hey. Live dangerously. Have a kebab.
I love Donor Kebabs but when I saw the man making it,I was shocked, they leave the knife on the table and use the knife again and again. And the meat that is reheated constantly is not healthy because been there the whole day. Thanks for commenting.
