Is the Atkins Diet an effective way to control Diabetes?
I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and am struggling to control my blood sugar levels.
Yes, Atkins is a good way to control typeII diabetes. You should look for a doctor who is experienced in controlling diabetes through the use of Atkins. There are a number of books about the Atkins diet that mention this.
