Highly refined wheat flour usage in daily food is recommended ? Does it contains any chemicals?
Highly refined whitish wheat flour contains toxic chemicals which is harmful to our health. But as such this type of flour only been used in bakery items.
That refined flour you see on the product label with added dough softeners and conditioners is designed to make baked goods taste better and or have a longer shelf life at the cost of a healthier product that would need to be eaten sooner or go stale otherwise.Making it healthy is secondary to being able to sell the product and is bad for our health.

You can never tell when accidents may happen. In a split second a person could suffer a heart attack, choke, or drown. Considering that this are life threatening conditions, immediate response is necessary....
