Why can't somebody come up with a restaurant or at least a section in a menu that gives you correct
Portion sizes and healthy foods that can contribute to somebody's diet?
I know it's expensive to have an organic menu or what not but I'm pretty sure if its a cool place people will be attracted to it and eat there...being in north myrtle beach, it's mostly fast food or seafood buffets. I need a whole foods or some kind of healthy restaurant!
Over here in the UK, we've had The Food Network, on tv. The missus and me sit up and watch it to have a good laugh at people stuffing themseves silly with mountains of fat and salt, and commentators being ecstatic at the 'superb' quality of the junk. I'm afraid that all the while people are prepared to pay for this rubbish, that is what is going to be served up.
I agree, and that's why America is fat! Myrtle Beach is the worst too because there's so many tourists that are on vacation so usually they don't worry about if they are eating healthy or not. I like eating out but I've changed my eating habits now..
Lets face it every nationality have different habit for eating .. for me try to be a vegetarian ... every place on earth have edible vegetables . And if you need some vegetarian recipe according to what place are you , i am willing to provide you .

How do you feel about people spamming the questions section here on HubPages?Any time I see spammers, I report them to get their posts taken down. We need to be more proactive about this because it's bringing quality content and questions down. I personally think spammers do not belong here.
