What appetizers do you bring to family functions or holiday parties that are effortless yet delicious?
Tortilla chips and mexican dip.... a layer of sour cream, a layer of re-fried beans, a layer of medium salsa, and a layer of shredded cheddar.
Pineapple and a mild cheddar cube on tooth picks. We also buy the meatballs from Sam's and due some dips for them.
I'm having a party on Saturday. I have already made a cheeseball that has cream cheese, old cheddar, onion soup mix and sour cream mixed together. I'll be making stuffed mushrooms, stuffed with cheese and onions, that is easy. I'll also have meatballs (some in sweet and sour sauce, some plain to dip in plum sauce or soy sauce). Other than that there will be vegetables and dip, chips and dip and chocolate. I'm also making another dish where you use crescent roll dough and create a round filled with broccoli, cheese, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Here is the recipe I am going to use:
