I need a good recipe for Dakkochi (Korean Chicken on a Stick).
I know there has to be some good Korean cooks in here. We went to a open air market that has tons of vendors and we bought this chicken on a stick. It was wonderful but they lady that sold it didn't sell the sauce to it even though she had a little grocery store. She was rather upset that I even asked. I looked up some recipes and made some put they weren't the same. There has to be a list of things to include and list to exclude. Any help would be great.
