As far as being healthier for you, yes. Depending of course on how it is cooked. Chicken is not as full of fat like pork. What really makes pork bad for you is how the components are prepared as well. Such as sausage, bacon, and country cured ham. Full of sodium and not very healthy. Saying that, they are both delicious.
yes, chicken is better and healthier than pork. Pork is high in cholesterol while chicken is high in protein. Furthermore, pork is expensive and hard to cook
