Liberally!  Here are a few ideas: roast or a meatloaf cooked with 4 4" sprigs of fresh rosemary, a chicken stuffed with a fistful of fresh rosemary and slow baked, dried and ground rosemary is delicious in hamburgers, dried rosemary sprinkled on flounder or tilapia before cooking, and a turkey casserole with ground rosemary added are all good ways to start using this wonderful herb.

One easy way is to use rosemary is to toss it into the pan when you're heating up your oil to cook the meat or vegetables. This will release the essential oils (and flavor) of the herb into the oil, which will help infuse it throughout whatever dish you're making.
